Manufactured out of Steel Pipe of 1” diameter and 1.8 mm thickness, and processed in State-of-the-Art Laser cut machines for Cutting to Lengths, Notching and Bent on CNC Pipe Bending machines 3. Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residual stresses, before surface protection process 4. Electro Phoretic Coating to black finish, gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosion resistance to endure all weather conditions to which the Motorbike will be subjected 5.
